DO NOT RELY ON PRE BOOKING!!! Pre-booked journey for myself and my disabled daughter. They started looking for a taxi 5 minutes before and told us we'd have to wait for another 30 minutes. Spoke to customer service who told me they were busy... That's why I pre-booked! Ended up getting the bus. Will never use again.

Don't rely on this company for pre-booking. We booked two taxis, one turned up 15 mins late, the other ended up being 55 minutes. What was most frustrating was that we were repeatedly told the next cab would be a couple of minutes, if they were just honest that they'd messed up our booking we could have just got an Uber. Missed our slot at the venue because of this and we were refused a refund. Wouldn't use again.

Driver was very friendly, even though I probably talked his ear off and he was probably thinking “shut up woman!” lol 😊 He was really helpful pushing the wheelchair to the door of his car for me and helped me by taking my bags and put them in the car, he took a great route that was not only very quick and we didn’t get stuck in any traffic but it was also pleasant outside the window the whole way. It was also a very good price as well. I have downloaded there App as I will definitely be using them again in the future. You can not find fault at all with this company x
