Not only did they travel to give us an estimate and do the job, they were able to help us get it done in a “pinch” when we were getting my Sons house ready to sell. Excellent customer service! Brooke was always available to answer my calls or shoot me a text to keep me informed about what was going on with the whole situation and she was great at handling the insurance end of it which was a HUGE load off my back!! They completed the roof in half a day and left the job site clean when finished 👍🏻

Staff and owner helpful and kind. They could do a little bit better on communication. While waiting for the project to start I had to initiate the follow ups with them. However, they always answered and/or returned any call placed to them. The workers were prompt and worked hard to get the project done as fast as they could while still doing quality work. We appreciate everyone's coordination and hard work at Rocky Top.
