Initially very good, but believe there is some room for improvement with internal communication, as I was left in the dark about starting a new job. I took me actually calling up 10 mins before they closed for the weekend , only to speak to a frustrating and unhelpful individual ( never gave me their name when answered phone) On top of that tell me private information about why a member of staff hadn’t contacted me, which I don’t think was very fair in that persons absence. Such a shame as I was really excited to be starting a new . *Update* That is utter BS as I actually told you I would find work elsewhere ( which I lucky tonfind a few days after) Also a reply 8 months after a review was left is a testament to your incompetance. The gent who spoke to me on the phone last was condescending and rude. Maybe instead of a patronising comment like that, why don't you actually take some constructive feedback in your stride and make your recruitment process even better for the end user.
