Elena VillalbaWent looking for lights for a client and found a three pendant light for $937.76. Two days later, I requested a quote for my client and what a shock to realize that the price was $937.76 per pendant. I called back the store thinking that a mistake was done, but unfortunately, I came to the conclusion that their tagging is totally misleading. Looked for the same pendant and found it at Canada Lights 4 time less than what they wanted to charge. All pictures attached Response to Robinson answers: the total from Canada Lighting was $790.34.canadian which still 3 times less than what you wanted to charge me and I don't believe that there was a misunderstanding. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with Helen going over and over the description of the product on your showroom and what she was charging me.
Richard SummerfeldtWe had problems replacing bulbs in our overhead liting unit - Had conversation with service techi - he went to back storage and gave us 6 new bulbs - don't tell anybody - that's why we have dealt with them for 35 yrs!

She was not pushy at all, but provided thoughtful advice about the size and style of light which would be a fit for the space. We ended up finding a light we liked online, and reached out to see if Rosita could source it for us. Rosita took care of everything from that point on. Vanessa YeungI have worked a couple of times with Micheal over the last three years including during Covid and it is very easy to work with him especially via email. He is very responsive. The store itself is great and worth the visit with a great selection of designer lighting from which to choose. One area of improvement for Robinsons: it is not clear with whom we should consult when our contractor/electrician had questions related to installation. A couple of times we had questions but did not know where to turn. It would be helpful to have that direction so that I could give a five star review next time!
