The service guy was quick, professional, and very skilled—the rim came out looking completely restored, with no trace of the curb damage. The price was fair and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend the place to anyone needing curb-rash or rim repair.

I am thoroughly impressed with not only the quality of work performed here but also the customer care. I had 2 rims repaired of curb rash and the end result looks good as new! The customer care was very friendly and super communicative the entire process. Its not often you find a place that goes out of their way to provide the best experience possible to the customer. I had a very disappointing experience here due to a total lack of communication. I came in for a specific issue: my winter wheel had bubbling paint on the inside rim causing a slow air leak. I explained this clearly to the service manager, Elder, via text beforehand. Elder scheduled me for 9:30 AM the next day, without asking me about my schedule. Despite having a 9:30 AM appointment and showing up a few minutes early, the shop was closed when I arrived. Once they opened, they took my car back without a single person speaking to me to confirm the work. An hour later, they returned the car having repaired "road rash" on a completely *different* wheel. They performed a cosmetic fix I didn't ask for and completely ignored the mechanical issue I was there to solve. When I pointed this out, I was told they don't even have the equipment to remove a tire from a wheel—which is surprising for a wheel repair shop. I should say here, however, that the road rash that they did repair looked *great*. While they didn't charge me for the unrequested repair, the follow-up was the worst part: when I called to discuss the confusion, Elder grew frustrated and told me he didn't want to do business with me because he "couldn't make me happy." If you need a simple cosmetic touch-up, their work looks fine, but if you have a specific issue or expect professional communication and accountability, I'd look elsewhere.
