So glad to have a local pet shop that mainly focuses on raw food. I bulk buy for my ferrets and usually buy online but the frozen delivery fee tends to be a bit expensive so I was recommended ROAR. I was happy to see that ROAR stocked a vast supply of food from the company, Kiezebrink, so grabbed a few familiar items first but then realised how spoilt for choice I was. This pet shop stocks a great range of brands. I left with a basket full of food that I knew would definitely fit into my freezer at home then did an online order the very next day and I was very content with their delivery prices. My ferrets have a better varied choice of food now. I love watching them tuck into their new selection of meals and I'm over the moon I can now branch out trying different brands. ATM I have to say that our firm favourite is the Southcliffe brand with their cat meals that come frozen in 150g blocks for like 85-95p! It's a perfect amount for my two ferrets and comes in like 6 flavour choices. Means I don't have to hack away at bigger frozen blocks too to make smaller portions for them. I will continue to try different brands and choices until I find what works best but so far so good! 👍

We visited your store on Saturday 5th April to get our two rescue dogs True and Jess fitted with Perfect Fit Harnesses. I would just like to say how pleased we were with the whole experience. Clare was very calm and reassuring with our rescue dogs, she was careful to get the right fit and certainly knows her stuff. After trying different sizes of the harness we came away very happy with our purchases and will gladly recommend your fitting service to all our friends

Fantastic shop! We have a 10 month old lab and he has been very fussy lately with his raw food. We spoke to Josh and he was so helpful, educated us around the different types of raw food and suggested that it is probably due to the texture of the one we had been using. Happy to say when we gave our dog the food suggested he wolfed it down. Thanks again Josh can really see how passionate you are about the work you do. Lovely staff will definitely be our go to from now on!
