Roadrunner Freight

This shipment has two pellets. 3 create are stacked together and merged into one was delivered. Missing Another one is pallet. There are 22 boxes on the pallet. Since the cargo pellet with 22 boxes on it was lost, They took the three stacked creates and separated them into two creates and one create and sent them to the customer. Then they lied and said that when picking up, it was 2 creates stacked and a single create. We asked the origin terminal to provide their security camera footage, but they have not provided it yet. They are mutually making excuses with each other and now they are not responding to us. Update : After I reviewed here, Roadrunner reduced our discount from 86% to 75.9%. Previously, most of our shipments were shipped by Roadrunner. Now we have switched to other carriers.

I was skeptical at first reading the reviews, however I was definitely shown otherwise. I had an AMAZING experience with my truck transport from Dallas to Los Angeles. My vehicle actually arrived sooner than I expected it to: I will definitely be referring people because of my seamless experience. Be advised that the communication is a little spaced out, so the customer service line may not be reachable all the time.also I was informed about the additional fees(for having items inside) No damage and everything was stress free I’ll definitely be using them again.

Horrible service and credibility. Basically just an app and they do not deliver on their commitments. I called Friday to confirm a pick up for my daughter car to be shipped to college. They confirmed Tuesday, then on Monday email me saying Thursday, then on Wednesday email saying they could not find a truck. I called dispatch who was rude and they informed me they charged my credit card and when I asked for refund since they did not have a solution they said they would refund and promptly hung up on me. I wasted a week with Roadrunner. Do not waste your time.
