In addition to the excellent therapy services, the admin team is also fantastic. Booking appointments is quick and easy, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how smooth the entire process is from start to finish. One of the things I love most about this practice is their commitment to the community. They regularly offer free presentations and workshops on a variety of mental health topics, which has been an invaluable resource for me and others in the area. It’s clear that they are not just focused on individual therapy, but on making a broader, positive impact in the community. No one answers the phone, you can only leave voicemails, their portal to update and download forms is horrible, when you come For an appointment, you walk into a weird empty room, again no reception, just a sign saying someone will come and get you. We simply left after waiting 10 minutes after our scheduled time. The whole process was awful and jutst added more stress to an already stressful situation. Weird, just plain weird.

Rivers Edge is a lovely facility with a number of excellent and caring therapists. The admin takes the time to make sure clients are seen by the therapist who is the best match for their concerns. They do community workshops as well, and have made a lot of information available on their website. Very helpful!
