I had booked an appointment and waited a month, only to have it cancelled just one day before the scheduled date due to the dentists being unwell. I was then offered a new appointment a whole month later than the original one. I requested a refund of my £70 deposit. The following day—on what was supposed to be my appointment—I was suddenly informed there was availability via the waiting list. This was extremely confusing and frustrating. I declined, as I had already rebooked with another clinic. Now, more than two weeks later, I still haven’t received my refund. I’m very upset and disappointed by how poorly this situation has been handled. I'm currently at their clinic, and there's no receptionist—no one is here to speak to.

Deena and her team have been exceptional throughout, and still are as I'm still having work done. From the small things such as a wee whatsapp message to check in, get appointments done from the reception team. . .to having work done by one of the dental team and assistants, they are always professional and make you feel at ease. The team always remember little details about you or your commitments which shows that they actually do care about you as a person and not just as a client. I'll be with D Dental for the future unless I move out of thr country. Thank you to the whole team.

I really love this dentist, I cannot fault them, the care my family and I receive is exceptional. All the staff are so friendly and really make you feel comfortable. They offer the best treatment there is and I am so happy to have remained with them when they went private . It is worth it for me and my family! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I had extensive of work carried out at Dee Dental over the last few years, I can't compliment them highly enough. Im over the moon with the way my teeth have turned out. Dr Dinah is a master of her craft. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
