Riverbend charters picked up my wife to go to the airport. The driver pulled through my front yard leaving ruts and causing damage to the grass. The owner (Lloyd) took 2 weeks to come look at it and decided not to take responsibility and provide no compensation for my time flattening out the ruts. The yard still needs sand to level it. Lloyd proceeded to belittle me and call me crude names in my yard before leaving. Guy was a jerk and I do not recommend using his business.

Wow!!!! Riverbend Charters was recommended highly on google, so I booked with them prior to our arrival per reviews. Day 1 we had airport pick up and drop off from the fabulous and professional Warren. He was very kind and made multiple trips for a group of women with a lot of baggage!! (Literally and figuratively). Warren was able to deliver us and our bags safely inside all while it was pouring rain, and even made sure we felt comfortable with our AirBNB. Warren truly went above and beyond and was patient with a large group. Fast forward to day 2, when our Loyd and savior came to our rescue due to our plantation tour booking us incorrectly. Loyd met us outside of NOLA at Laura’s House and ensured we had a comfy and safe ride to our next stop. Additionally, he brought a lot of great advice for our bride to be and was just overall a great person to be around. He was patient when our Starbucks order was at the wrong location, and dropped us at our AirBNB to wish us a great rest of our weekend. We loved Riverbend Charters and can’t thank this Company enough for coming to our rescue not once, but twice. And also for beating the competitor’s price while offering southern hospitality. I can’t wait for our next visit so we can see Loyd again. Live, Laugh, Loyd and Warren!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

What a fabulous company to work with. Riverbend helped manage guest transportation for my wedding. They were great to work with from the start. From quickly providing a quote and walking me through transportation options, to follow up communications and confirming details they made it a stress free experience! This was a last minute booking and they really went out of their way to give our guests the best experience. Our wedding was an hour outside of New Orleans so lots of drive time. The driver provided great information and conversation with guests during the trip about the area and history. This was especially great since all of our guests were from out of state. Many had never visited New Orleans before. Riverbend helped make the day special for our guests! They were on time and courteous! It was such a relief to work with Riverbend while planning a destination wedding. Being from out of state it’s a lot to juggle. I truly felt like this was one thing I didn’t have to worry about due to their professionalism and great communication. Can’t recommend them enough! They are really great. I do a lot of event planning for work and have never experienced such high level customer care from a transportation company before.

We had a great car service/limo experience with the Riverbend Limousine & Tours Company in NOLA. Booking was incredibly easy. No complications. The vehicle that arrived to meet us was a luxury SUV and it met our needs and expections. Our driver was always on time. He was professional and very personable. I really liked that he was a courteous, safety-minded and relaxed driver. I would definitely recommend and use Riverbend again.
