Joan was fantastic. he came in and was very respectful of my property. He was explained very clearly what he was going to check for and the actions he would take. He ensured my property was clean when he completed his task and he provided before and after pictures. He offered me various options of additional services and when I declines he still had a great attitude and smile accepting my decision. He was a pleasure from beginning to the end of the job. He is a great representative to Michael and Son’s. Fantastic job Joan!

Josh, was exceptional! He responded to a last minute request on a weekend. He completed a big, not easy job, with professionalism and expertise. He worked hard and efficiently to get us back in improved working order with a quality upgrade of our existing system. 5 stars for this man!! I would recommend him and Michael and Son to anyone in need of water heater tank service, repair, or new install. Amazing!!!

Francisco Santana just did our semi annual HVAC inspection. We have been using Michael and son for inspections for 3 years and have been pleased by all the folks that have been here so far. But, Francisco was a cut above! He arrived on time and was well prepared for the job. He was friendly, respectful and easy to talk to. he did not just do a quick once over; he made sure all systems were adjusted, cleaned and working properly. He checked all components to ensure everything was functioning efficiently. He was truly knowledgeable about the equipment he was servicing and explained all issues clearly and completely. We will definitely request that he is our representative on the next service call!
