Taking part in yoga classes at River’s Edge is a great learning experience. Classes are small and one can get personal adjustments when needed. Instructors care about participants executing moves in the best possible way for maximum benefits. Instructors are friendly and non- judgmental. There is a lot of variety in classes which challenge both body and mind. I highly suggest you give River’s Edge a try. Wonderful location on the edge of the river, too.

This small, personalized studio incorporated some of the wonderful instructors from the Zen Room in Cocoa when it closed. A nice variety of classes and personal assistance and modification as needed. I especially enjoy on line yoga nidra and gentle yoga.
