I have used Right Track for my garage door needs over several years of being a home owner and have always been extremely happy with the service provided. I ran into a unique situation, with having my house painted after which the garage door stopped working and I could not open it manually either. I called and texted Thomas early in the morning expecting him to put me on his schedule when he had a chance. He promptly responded explaining that he was busy over the next couple days. I was willing to wait for his next availability, but Thomas took the time to call me and understand what the issue was and had me text pictures to evaluate. He then directed me over the phone to adjust my weather strips, which got painted that was causing the problem and helped me resolve the issue over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me and would not charge me though I insisted. Thomas is a knowledgeable and truly dependable professional who cares about being helpful without taking advantage of the situation. I would highly recommend reaching out to Thomas and Right Track first for any garage door needs.
