Not a happy customer! These guys have been out twice after bullying me into the service. They trespassed the first time after I told the sales guy they would have to come the following day if they were not at my home by the time I left! But they came anyway and entered my backyard through my closed gate. The second appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am, or so I thought, but they didn't show up till 4:30 pm after several calls and emails to try and find out what was happening. And I still have wasps or hornets or whatever. So. Just saying.
I had a salesperson come to the door of the home I was renting. I told him I had a limited lease and wouldn't need services beyond the end date of my lease (several months before the end of their "contract"). He told me that they would be happy to work with my lease terms and it should be no problem. The contract stated there was a cancellation fee, but that I wouldn't need to pay this, since I had explained the situation up front. Fast forward to the end of my lease, I called and spoke with someone from customer service regarding the situation and explained what I was told. They told me that the only way to end services was to pay a $200 "early termination fee". This was the exact opposite of what the salesperson who sold me the services said. I explicitly told them I wouldn't need services after March and was told this would be no problem. Super frustrating experience and deceptive sales tactics. Really disappointing, because I enjoyed the service provided by the technicians. Won't be using any contracted pest control in the future, especially not RIDD.
I didn't get half the service I normally do. He was here 24 minutes with almost 10 minutes of sitting in the truck. My eves were not swept, I have pictures to show that, as well as he didn't granulate.
Tried calling 5 different times in one day to schedule an appointment I’m paying monthly for but continuously got sent to voicemail. How is it possible that everyone is busy at all times of the day with not one person available to answer the phone? Called 3 other pest companies and they all picked up on the first ring to see if it was just me. Very unhappy with this company. Can’t even cancel the service plan because nobody answers the phone. Their super quick to call and remind you about an upcoming bill though..
