Virginia SmithTook the car in as RAC approved as we had a warranty. The turbo had gone we were without a car for about 6 wks no loan car. On collecting the car we didn’t even make it home as the car just died. They didn’t flush the engine after replacing the turbo so all the metal filings had gone into the engine so we needed a new engine. Without a car for another month. Then about 2 mths later we had a major oil leak turns out the sump plug hadn’t been done up properly. Car in again for 2 wks still no loan car. We will never take a vehicle back to them or recommend them to anyone

Being Long wheel base and high top it was exactly the right size for the move, and lovely to drive. Had the van for the weekend, refuelled and returned. Very easy process. Highly recommended.
