They were great. Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable on the products and what your dog should be eating. I loved that you can see everything being made and can get one lbs. Trials. Since my old lady is getting up there and very picky. I will be heading back for a bigger bag. She liked it. Be cause she will not eat anything out of a bag or can, don't blame her.
