They groomed my very fluffy long-haired cat, and did a fantastic job! I was nervous because his coat is difficult to work with and he gets nervous at the groomer, but all of the staff were absolutely amazing and knew exactly what to do. I’ve never been somewhere that handles cats so well, I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good groomer! He came back so soft, perfectly brushed, nails trimmed, they did everything and he was completely relaxed at the end!

We brought home our Pomeranian girl (pika) from Apple Club, and I can confidently say this is a breeder who deeply cares about her puppies. From the moment we placed our deposit, communication was seamless. Starting from the week our puppy opened her eyes, we received weekly video updates every Saturday—right up until we picked her up at 8 weeks old. It made the wait so much more meaningful and exciting. When our puppy fell ill shortly after her first vaccination (due to something she licked outside—completely my own oversight), the breeder was incredibly supportive. She stayed up with me, texting and helping me decide whether I should take her to the emergency vet, even though it wasn’t her responsibility. That kind of empathy and dedication is rare, and I’ll always be grateful. We’ve also been taking our puppy to Apple Club’s grooming studio for monthly baths. All the groomers know her by name, and because we started grooming early, she’s incredibly calm during the process. Even after we moved to a new city, groomers there always comment on how well-behaved and relaxed she is during her sessions. I’ve also purchased treats and snacks from the studio, and everything has been top quality. Our puppy is now 8 months old, spayed, healthy, and well-socialized. Every vet we’ve visited—from the breeder’s vet to an emergency clinic and our new city’s vet—has praised her excellent health and temperament. Apple Club is CKC-certified and very transparent about the realities of dog ownership—it’s not always sunshine and rainbows, and I really appreciated that honesty. If I ever decide to welcome another Pomeranian into my life, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Highly, highly recommend—with a full heart. 💛

We have been taking our dog to this store all the time. He always gets a round, teddy bear style cut. This time we decided to shake things up and gave him a poodle cut! James the pet groomer did a fantastic job! We are really happy with this style. Look how elegant our baby's become!!✨🌟

Excellent and kind staff here, they are incredibly patient with my dogs. We came in close to the closing time but staff still welcomed us and did an amazing grooming. Didn’t rush anything, they were very gentle and professional!
