READ BEFORE YOU COMMIT ANYTHING- I came across this place through a social media ad offering a $45 discounted consultation. What really hooked me though was the DRX9000 decompression device they advertised. The consultation was fine; we had X-rays and a diagnosis done. Toward the end, the doctor handed me a paper outlining a $4,000 treatment plan, with an option to pay $1,500 upfront and another $1,500 later, supposedly allowing me to “save” $1,000 on items like a lumbar support belt, progress checks, and stabilization treatment. I was shocked by the upfront payment request without any trial treatment, but I decided to give it a try since they stated that “any unused credit will be refunded.” The first treatment wasn’t even on the DRX9000. It was on a knockoff machine, and no one told me I’d be using a different device. I brought this up with the admin, and she said she would “make sure” I get the “big machine” going forward. It’s also worth mentioning that the doctor doesn’t do any adjustments unless you specifically ask. I only asked once out of the seven sessions I attended, and that was the only time I received a neck and back adjustment. Every other visit, all he did was use a small device that beeps and delivers tiny electric currents, claiming it would make the treatment more effective. I told the doctor the machine wasn’t doing anything (he said it was normal). I told him my back was hurting even more (he also said that was normal). Eventually, I had enough and asked for a refund. That’s when the attitude changed. The staff member who normally chatted with me acted like she didn’t know me, and the doctor called me into his office to pressure me, saying I “wasted everyone’s time by giving up,” that I would “suffer terrible consequences,” and that “the treatment failed because of me.” He said my symptoms would only get worse. I took photos of my X-rays so I could get a second opinion from another professional. In the end, I did get my unused credit refunded ($1,050 down the drainer), but I was extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. It was uncomfortable from beginning to end.

Dr. Turner is extremely knowledgeable about the spine and how it interacts with the other body parts; he really knows what he’s doing! I have seen significant improvement with my spine and neck and would advise anyone experiencing the same or similar problems to book an appointment with him. His staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

This clinic is a wonderful place! Dr. Turner is a knowledgeable chiropractor who diagnosed and treated my back and neck problems with care and expertise. He has also helped my husband with his neck problems and my son who tore his Achilles recently. I highly recommend Dr. Turner and his top notch staff!!!

DR. TURNER IS AN EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERIENCED CHIROPRACTOR IN HIS WORK!! WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR. TURNER TO OTHERS WITHOUT HESITATION. HE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE MAXIMUM 5-STAR RATING... MORE LIKE A 10+ or 100 + RATING IS MY CHOICE FOR HIM. My son and I started coming to Dr. Turner, many years ago. After seeing Dr. Turner's ads and attending his workshop talk, I decided to give Dr. Turner a try as there was nothing to lose as the first/other chiropractor we went to was not successful in providing treatment for my son. My son's treatment with Dr. Turner was successful as my son began to do well in his school studies. Back then, and eventually, I began doing treatment for my back pain until I no longer needed to... or so I thought. After years of not seeing Dr. Turner for any treatments and completely stopped going, I restarted treatments again in late 2023 or January 2024 for right shoulder as unable to turn my neck to check my right blindspot when driving. Now, I am doing treatments mainly for my neck and shoulders and with other minor occasonal flare up elsewhere as required, once every 3 weeks. Overall, I have never looked back or had regrets about my initial choice of Dr. Turner as chiropractor. It was indeed a wise decision. Other family members who did treatments with Dr. Turner also had successful stories of their health recovery. WHY NOT GIVE DR. TURNER A TRY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SEEING SOMEONE AND IT IS NOT WORKING FOR YOU?
