From the receptionists, to the dental hygienist, and the dentist; Everyones were so kind, experienced at their field, and truly love their jobs. I considered myself a bit of an outcast in term of my appearance, but not a single staff member was condescending, nor judgemental toward me. This meant so much to me. If you miss the good old days (late 90s, and earlier) where exceptional customer service, highly dedicated and knowledgeable staffs, and 100% transparency on the cost of the rendered services are important to you, I strongly urge you to switch your dental clinic to Richmond Dental Centre. This dental clinic aced on all fronts of being a reputable, and high quality services provider. There are reasons why it has been around for so long. It's not here to just take your money. RDC is here to earn a forever client. I sometimes beat myself up for knowing sooner about this local gem. Get on the phone, and make the switch now!

The staff at Richmond Dental are exceptional both in expertise and kindness. From the minute you arrive at the front desk you are greeted with warmth and respect! I first came here many years ago after seeing many dentists about a dental problem. Dr. Dulay took care in listening and went to work. He was quickly able to assess the problem and find treatments that would work for me. The dental hygienist Pam is a gem too! If you are looking for both quality and care I would highly recommend Richmond Dental Centre.
