Jason Brackens is a gem!! Order number 17681184. Moving out of state is not easy so when my mover said he couldn’t move my car with my furniture LAST MINUTE, I was lost! I had never moved a car before and I was on the edge of breaking down cuz of anxiety. This was literally an 1100mile move so I couldn’t drive it myself either. I literally just randomly googled auto shipping companies and so lucky to have come across this!!! My order was put in Tuesday, driver accepted Friday & received my car Sunday!!! Jason was so informative, educated me on the whole process, open honest and clear and timely communication from start to finish. Another company put up an order for my car on the loading board without my authorization which Jason helped me get off with some tricks up his sleeve. Trust Jason and this company blindly! If you’ve never moved your car before & this is your first time, go for these guys!

I highly recommend Auto Shipping Group. My son is in the military and I needed to ship his vehicle to another state. I felt a little uneasy at first about the entire process. The communication could have been better. I have never shipped a car before, so I had no idea what to expect. I wanted a more scheduled experience, but what I got was a call telling me a carrier wanted to load the car in 30 minutes. I dropped everything and moved appointments to accommodate that, and then the carrier didn't come for 4 hours. I called and left text messages asking what was going on, but got no reply, so I just waited around for 4 hours. The car pickup and delivery was fine, but I expected an experience where I would be given a date and time that the car would be picked up rather than a phone call that required me to drop everything at a moment's notice and then sit around and wait with no idea when the carrier would arrive.

I’m very pleased with the service provided by Auto Shipping Group. My car was transported from Nothern California to Minneapolis and was delivered on time. The big rig driver, Ali, picked up my car and was the same person to drop it off to me. He took great care of my vehicle and was very punctual. I cannot vouch for all routes, but I’d recommend this service to anyone who needed to transport their car from Northern California to Minneapolis.
