This is them conspiring to delete evidence after I was arrested for a second time because their staff refused to allow me on the bus, although I paid. The State Government won't do anything about. I must the target of an investigation that has no probable cause. This is insane. Damn, my video won't upload.

All of us that have utilized RIPTA'S services have had good & not so good experiences but overall thier service is excellent. In particular this disabled person needed to renew his disabled fare bus pass recently. I'm legally blind so everything is that more difficult. I tried several times to renew online but there was a issue completing the online application & submitting payment. After two and a half hours trying online I called the customer service department. I believe the very nice woman I spoke with was named Lori (forgive me if I'm incorrect on her name) She was extremely helpful, supportive, and took the time to understand my issues in regards to fulfilling my disabled fare bus pass renewal. I can't thank her enough for the returned phone call regarding my situation. I returned her call and she explained that she had received my renewal application along with payment and was able to successfully renew my "old" disabled bus pass that had expired. She went above & beyond for this disabled person in my opinion. The time spent on this was overwhelming for myself but as soon as I was able to contact her she straightened everything out for me. Thank you so much to all at customer service and especially the wonderful woman who handled my renewal.

Bus license # 1163. Bus 1611 really sucks at driving that bus ! Just now, on the highway, he almost hit my car 4 times on a merge. Almost hit 8 other vehicles weaving in and out of traffic.... would not let others merge that where getting on on ramps. He clearly shouldn't be driving. He is not aware or paying attention to his surroundings he used that bus to bully people on the road. September 6th at 2:45pm on rt 10 heading towards providence
