Reynolds Family Dentistry

Had a splendid experience with the entire Reynolds Family staff! Warm and welcoming receptionists. X-ray technician assured me that I didn't have stuff stuck in-between my teeth and that the x-rays are supposed to have a crossover that seems deceiving 😆, Dr assured me that I'm not the only one who loses at chess 😆, my dental hygienist was very friendly and did a spectacular job. Everyone was awesome and my teeth feel great! 😁 💕

Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was asked about my preferred name and pronouns without prompting. Did not feel judged at all for the state of my teeth. The Dr was very kind and everyone had a cheerful relaxed manner. The building was clean and bright, with beautiful views out the windows.

I had a terrible experience at this dentist office. They filled my cavity without cleaning my tooth first, which was a huge oversight. To make matters worse, the filling didn't fix the problem, and I'm still dealing with issues. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to my needs. When I asked for more numbing medication, they were dismissive and left me in the room waiting for-ever without any idea when they would return. The whole experience was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and concerned about my care. I would caution others to be careful and consider seeking care elsewhere.
