Not only did he diagnose and correct the issues of my Trane unit, he clearly explained what he was doing so I understood it, as well. What I especially liked was that he checked in with his manager to discuss the best way to address the issues he found. Moreover, he taught me various ways to keep the AC drain open which is important as I am a seasonal resident gone for 7 months a year. I also must acknowledge how helpful the office staff in correctly focusing Synder on my needs. Thank you cheerful Clare, smiling Patti and the very patient Sanderson! In conclusion, I am quite grateful to have my AC working so efficiently and quickly.

He recommended the best application for my apartment size. When it came to the actual job everything was completed in 6 hours flat. A job this size completed in less than a day is pretty darn good. A crew of 7 workers came in at 8 and finished at 3. They are meticulous in their approach. Floor cover matts everywhere, covered up all the furniture, cleaned up everything after job was done.
