Anika is a true lifesaver! I woke up in pain on a weekend and desperately needed help. She was able to squeeze me in on a Sunday and I started to see improvements almost immediately. She used all the tools like cupping, electro stimulation, stretches, exercises, and more to help me get my strength back and prevent future injury. Plus she's trained in Pilates and can even do orthotics if you need them. She truly knows her stuff and I'm so grateful for her help.

My daughter had a neck injury recently and this was the first place that could squeeze her in (I had called at least 20 places before getting in here). And honestly, I'm so glad we got in here. The physiotherapist we were paired with was so attentive and helped my 6-year-old daughter feel comfortable and at ease as she was addressing her pain. It was such an amazing exprience for her and my daughter keeps asking to go back and visit because she liked going there and the people. Couldn't recommend enough!
