This is THE WORST ULTA there is!!!! Not only are they ALWAYS out of everything but my God the amount of times they their workers harass you! We left last night after trying to enjoy a day of shopping with my friend for a perfume club that we're in. We needed to buy 10 different bottles of perfume. We were harassed so much in 15 minutes with people coming up to us and following us that we decided to leave. We ended up going to Sephora instead so thank you Sephora in Crocker Park for being so chill and allowing us time to actually shop and enjoy our evening. Today I went to exchange my cleansing foam because I picked up the wrong ones and I hadn't been in the store one minute yet three people approached me to ask me if I needed help and then I had a very obvious secret shopper or security followed me around. I am 56 years old and I have a very lucrative career as a private chef. There is nothing that any store, especially something as a low budget as an Ulta, would have that I would need to steal. I am disgusted with how you linger around some and ignore others when in fact those are the ones you should be watching. I will never ever go to an Ulta store again! Today was my final straw with you guys!

Great atmosphere! Ban not only assisted me shopping today, she gave me recommendations specific to my skin type, found the right shades for my skin tone, and stay within my budget. She really took her time making sure I got the perfect products for my preferences. Highly recommend this store and Ban's customer service!

Love love love this ulta! My stylist, Cayla, has never let me down and always does what I ask. I’m at the point where I can wholeheartedly trust her suggestions and ideas about my hair because I know she’ll have me walking out the chair absolutely amazing! She has such a bubbly and funny personality and I’m always so comfortable the minute I sit down to the minute I leave the chair. Highly highly suggest Cayla for any future appointments <3

I had a question for the person who was watching my eyes about a type of product I had been looking for. She immediately had a suggestion, was able to show me, and explain why it was a better choice than the other options offered by the brand, and hello me pick a color. And now I have eyebrows again! lol
