I have worked with Impact on and off for many years. They have been great when I have needed temporary work and have been amazing when I have been looking for permanent roles. Impact are my first port of call if I am looking for a new opportunity and I often direct friends and colleagues their way if they are looking for new opportunities. Impact are unique in that they listen to you and they never lose their personal touch. They have an amazing portfolio of clients so you never feel like you are being sent for the same kind of role unlike some of the other recruiters in the market today. I'm not sure how they do this but this speaks volumes about their diligence and how they have maintained such great relationships with both candidates and clients. The team at Impact did an incredible job of finding me a new role. They were incredibly quick to respond to my application, got me in for a face-to-face meeting within a week's time, suggested at least one suitable role a week and got me a great job within a month. They were always communicative and supportive and I'm sure that how they presented me as a candidate had a beneficial effect on my employer. Ongoing support was maintained throughout my employment too. My experience with other recruiters had always been frustrating, with people not getting back to me or understanding where I was coming from when I did get a meeting. A very straightforward and easy experience with Impact. After having registered last year and then being recently made redundant, an easy phone call to Impact and I was offered a temporary contract almost straight away.
