We need to replace the 20 year old POS and back office systems in our 20 stores so I contacted CRS. We talked a bit and the program seemed like it had everything we wanted in a modern POS - loyalty program, CRM, OTB and WMS. They seemed interested until I told them we would manage our own OTB like we have been for the past 10 years. They wanted to charge fees to have their Retail Coaches do it for us. After that the conversation went cold and they never contacted me again. So while I cannot comment on their POS solutions I can say they do not appear to want to grow their POS business and want to focus on the other fees they can collect.
