Brice and his team were great to work with when selling our home. He met with us to discuss the pros and cons of moving and selling, the current financial market, and was up front and honest the entire time. Prior to selling, he and his assistant Pam, provided us with a detailed list of what we could/should do to get our our home ready to list, photograph and sell, which was very helpful to someone who had never sold a home before and had lived there a long time. He and Pam were very communicative about how the listing process would work and how showings would happen. Brice and Pam did such a great job we had an offer on our first day and we were able to negotiate with the seller and their agent with ease. While under contract, Brice and Pam sent detailed lists of what we should do as we transition from our current home to the next one, what closing costs would be, and clarify what should be done cleaning wise to ensure a worry free closing. Overall, I would highly recommend Brice and his team. They were available, communicative, helpful, positive, and very thoughtful people who wanted to help us.
