1:00 PM Arrived 1:30 PM in a door 2:30 PM Loaded Total time loading - 1hr and 30 min Shipping and receiving docks are in different buildings but they're both located on Kentucky Street. Shipping docks intersect at Broadway Street and Receiving docks intersect at Stella Street. Depending on if you're picking up or delivering, you will turn on Broadway or Stella to back into the docks.

In response to Mrs Renfro. I have emailed the contact us link twice. The first one was to advise you that you had an issue with your product and included barcodes. I also stated I was not looking for free product. The second email was to advise that since I had not had a response, I was posting my disappointment online. Check your “contact us” link, my information is there. Your IT department should be able to figure this out. If you need the barcodes again let me know. I do not want free product. I have been a customer of this product for 8 plus years. In the last year, every time we purchased this product, 2-3 weeks after opening the salsa product we detected mold growth. Which resulted in half to 3/4 jar of salsa being thrown into the garbage. Renfro Food was made aware of the issue, no response. When one pays $7 plus for a jar of salsa, it’s quite disappointing when it has to be thrown out. The new brand we switched to is less in price , equivalent or better ingredients and it’s local. It doesn’t have the selection but at least I am not throwing it in the garbage after 2-3 weeks after opening. I will be doing a review on new brand.

Picking up at 0715. As I drive up the gate opens. I open doors and dock. Go to shipping door, guy asks my PO number, and immediately starts loading my truck as I fill out paperwork. Trust in what you do, because these guys are the best. I could have even slept out on the street. If you come in on Stella from the 35W, don't worry, just go around the building on the other side. Take Tucker, it's easier and you'll be facing the right direction. My load is almost done before I finished writing this review. Love this place, AND IT SMELLS GOOD!!!!!
