Completely radiant! I contacted a few distinct loan specialists and was told my score was just not going to slice it and would need to hold up a couple of months. Not with Josh and the group. I have no idea how they did it yet they got me to where I should have been be and I couldn't be more content!! It appear to take a bit longer than I was normal yet than once more, I was only happy to realize that I could get a credit! I exceedingly suggest Reliant Mortgage!!!! Simply awesome!!

I have purchased and refinanced multiple homes throughout the last decade, and have just closed on a home with with Ki Gillispie through Reliant Mortgage. I have never dealt with how easy the mortgage process can be! I'm not sure exactly what they do differently, but they gained me as a client and friend for life! Thanks again Ki!
