Really hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel obligated to so no one else makes the mistake I made. Had the guys throw on some simple gadgets (some that magically dissappeared) since I intended to do everything myself, but was sick at the time so I found Chris and his "TEAM" .$2530 later, the new thermostat installed doesn't work at all because "they didn't have shore power to test" but everything else that worked that required shore power was fine and I payed for shore power at the storage facility I left it at that they go to to work on trailers because my residence in Effingham County is out of their service area. I was told to just call the manufacturer of the $400 thermostat unit. Each storage bay had a dedicated shore power receptacle so that was a flat out lie and even if it didn't have shore power, a generator would have worked. Seems like one guy with a bunch of teenagers doing shoddy work and leaving Mcdonalds food wrappers on the floor. And I asked him to install a soft start on my AC unit, but its here brand new sitting in the box. Highly regret wasting $2530🚮, amateurs at best 👎

We highly recommend this company! Our awning fell while we were working in the area so I found them online and called. Unfortunately they were booked until Wednesday but we were leaving to go to the next job, they added us to the end of the day so they could get it fixed. We are so appreciative of Shane & Brandon for coming out, working fast (even in the rain) and getting our awning back up so we wouldn’t have a work delay. Just by talking to them we knew they enjoyed helping people and we felt assured they were going to do exactly what they told us! Traveling is hard & unexpected failures are harder, you can trust them. I had to come home so I don’t have an after photo but my husband said it was a great job!

Outstanding company to do businesses with that I highly recommend. Veteran owned and straightforward. I will use them again in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super happy with Reliable RV Repair! I contacted Shane, explain I was located outside his service area and he did not hesitate to extend his service to me. The AC and water heater were not functioning correctly in my RV. Reliable RV Repair responded to my campsite, evaluated my equipment and contacted my extended warranty provider. Reliable RV handled all the red tape involved with the warranty provider on the spot. They fixed both my AC and water heater and did an awesome job. The price was great, and they were super easy to work with. I’ll definitely be calling Shane again if I need any other RV repairs.
