This is perhaps the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. Other than support for the most basic type of vanilla transaction and admin they were unable to provide any useful legal expertise or support. Nevertheless they charged me almost $1k over the agreed fee for advice that was wrong and for simply ‘receiving’ emails that were not answered. They took exactly the amount left in the trust account after the sale of my property had gone through without my knowledge or permission and then wrote the time in to justify doing so. When I challenged the time written based upon my records they refused to review it or to even discuss the situation. I am out of the country so feel like they have taken advantage of the situation. They are dishonest and not to be trusted; I feel like I’ve been robbed.
