Went in for an initial mobility assessment. First impressions, Very clean environment, front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. Had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron, he was very knowledgeable, laid back but also attentive; He listened to my concerns, was pretty thorough with his assessment & gave me exercises to address my pain. The lack of in-house occupational therapist was a little disappointing, but this may not be the focus of the business, plus Cameron was very helpful on providing a few recommendations on where to find an O.T. so I can't really complain. Over all I admire their professionalism and attention to customer care. Looking forward to future visits.

Had a great experience/ professional service at Rehab 1. From making the 1st call to book an appt. Got an appt within 2 days. I was seen by Physiotherapist Pierre Marc. Friendly, knowledgeable and provided physio care for my knee pain.

I feel so much better having been assessed and Cameron explainable detail what he can offer me to aide me in this journey of a hopefully pain-free or at least bearable future. He took his time and made sure I had a good grasp of the exercises to do along with asking me more than once if I had questions. Looking forward to my next appt!
