No greeny and no walking lawn. Maintainence of the building is good. Building can be easily identified since it is on the main road. Almost 7 to 8 IT companies are in this building. Parking is sufficient(have b1 b2 b3 ). Cafeteria is big but not many options for food.

No ground level parking available for Bicycles. The building management expects to take bicycles to 2nd Basement. Not enough lifts and parking area proportional to the occupants. Visitors to the office are left for themselves to find a parking space. If you park outside the building you are fined by the traffic police.

First of all this building has a horrible lift service. Let me explain this. You have to choose your floor outside the lift and a lift is assigned to you. Empty lifts are not assigned and you feel helpless seeing the empty lift’s door closing in front of your eyes after waiting for the lift for nearly 20 mins during peak hours. Instead of fixing the lift’s code or assigning dedicated lifts to specific floors range, you get to see the management insult the security person by making him hold printed cards all day at each floor (the management could place them on a stand or if it already placed it earlier and nobody followed the rules, do you think people would follow if you make a security person suffer holding it all day?). It was a grave mistake by vamsiram builders to go with this useless futuristic lifts that are more painful than conventional lifts. It’s high time that they fix the code and have dedicated lifts assigned to specific floors / range of floors based on usage. Secondly the parking is miserable. There is no common two wheeler parking facility and the existing parking plan is a mess. Horrible utilisation of space and a senseless parking plan. Finally, the food from GRAND TRUNK ROAD vendor is literally the worst food I have ever eaten in my entire life. Period. Again, the building management got greedy and replaced the existing wonderful vendors with this creepy sh!t. Hunger Box app which is tied to this vendor makes it even more complicated. Just like the lifts, this app is another example of futuristic idea gone wrong. @JyothiPinnacle - you have made our workplace life complicated in every way that was possible for you.
