STAY AWAY! Fraud!! Scam! DO NOT RENT A BIN FROM REGIONAL WASTE TRANSIT & CITY WASTE. I want to share my unfortunate experience with Regional Waste Transit & City Waste, run by Julian. Here are the main points I want to emphasize: Unclear Final Invoice: I WAITED NEARLY 4 MONTHS to receive the final invoice after persistently contacting them. Additionally, I was charged for an excessive weight of waste, raising concerns about transparency after such a long time without a detailed receipt of dump. Unreliable Quotes: I was charged inaccurate weight fees. Having hired many other companies for similar projects, I was shocked that I was charged nearly double the expected weight. Lack of Transparency: They were unable to provide the bin number and weight ticket as proof. It seems that charges can be based on just one weight ticket from the heaviest bin on the same day, making it impossible to verify the actual weight of my bin. Extremely Poor Customer Service: It was challenging to reach them. They rarely answered calls or messages, and I had to wait long for responses. Unreasonable Pickup Time: The company took a very long time to pick up the bin, despite my repeated requests for follow-up. Please be cautious and do not get fooled by any business run by Julian. This has been a terrible experience, and I regret not checking reviews before using their service.

Amazing company to deal with. Very fast and reliable. Order a bin from them last week, very fast on delivery the service and for the billing as well. The driver did an amazing job, they protected the driveway with boards underneath the dumpster.Highly recommended. Will definitely order another bin from them.

I have used this company twice. The first time the deal was flawless so I tried them again. The second time we were done with the bin before they even had time to process the credit card. So I asked them to just forget about the deposit and withdraw the final amount. The deposit still went through. This was two weeks ago that the bin was here and we were told that the bill would be settled last Friday. Nothing, I called on Monday, was told the bill would be done that day. Today is Wednesday and I called again I was told it would be done in 30 minutes, that was 3 hours ago. I just called their office line 5 times and finally got a text that they were doing the paperwork and another text that the refund was being issued. I am not going to bother with these guys any more, I am just not happy about their customer service and their inability to set up proper expectations and then act on them. The fact that I am not at all convinced that there were anywhere near the 2 tons they say were in there is another story but we will chalk it up to experience and we will not be dealing with this company again.

I just wanted to share my positive experience with Regional Waste. They provided clear pricing with no hidden fees, which is unlike other bin companies I've dealt with. They explained their set prices and any additional charges for placing different items in the bin, which I appreciated for its transparency. In the past, I've been charged extra fees with other companies, even when following instructions. Regional Waste delivered the bin on time and exactly where I needed it, and when I requested pickup, they came the same day. Their drivers were friendly and courteous, and they delivered on their promises without any issues. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliability and transparency for renovation projects or home clear-outs. I plan to use them for future projects as well.
