Absolutely infuriated with the way my mother was treated in the ER this week. Nurses paid little attention to her and left her lower region exposed while the curtain AND door were open to her room. The nurses neglected to protect her privacy except for on paper. This is the second time a negative experience has happened THIS MONTH. Being busy is not an excuse to leave patients open and vulnerable! So many people in that ER saw my mother exposed that day. RMC needs to re-evaluate the way their staffing treats patients.

I would never see Dr Gorsche again! He was rude and very demeaning. He flat out told us that he doesn’t work with minors. He refused to consider that anything could be wrong other than what he said, would not consider that there could be a tear, just pushed us off like we don’t know anything or have any feelings. Fast forward 3 months and we finally get an appointment at the U and have surgery scheduled. I feel like the doctor had his mind made up before he even met us, this was his answer and that’s that. Save your time and money!! Go somewhere else!
