After visiting the shop and waiting for more than 30' to talk with a designer (lots of staff messing around and chatting together but not serving the customers) , I delivered my drawing and was promised that I will receive their design with a couple of days. Never bothered to reply back so I ended up to another Howdens shop in Enfield. Avoid them in Harlow at any cost.
