Yesterday Alex and Eduardo replaced our 23 year old AC system. They worked steadily for 6.5 hours and left our home as if they had never been there. They were courteous and respectful and worked diligently to successfully complete the job. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace their AC system.

Jay has taken care of our hvac needs for almost 20 years. During that time he has nursed our older units along even when they were on life support. Not once has he ever pushed to sell us expensive new units. Many companies jump out of the truck and immediately go into selling mode ... not Jay. When he says, "It is time ... IT IS TIME!" Our unit expired last night. The tech on call needed help and at 9pm, Jay left his home and drove an hour to make sure we had some cooling and he had our new unit installed the very next morning (10-12 hours later)! If another company recommends replacement of your heatpump, get a second opinion from Jay ... AND COMPARE HIS PRICE!!! Jay knows his stuff, has 20 plus years of experience, is honest and even though he is an owner of the company, he is hands-on and takes pride in taking first rate care of his customers. You are not just a number. His prices blow everyone else out of the water! Is there anything else I could say to more adamantly express my appreciation and endorsement of Jay and R&E?

Brian S. & Travis were professional in performing routine maintenance on our unit as well as duct cleaning. They were diligent in making sure that house was cleaned upon completion of duct cleaning. I already recommend this company, & continue to have confidence in all the technicians who have provided excellent service.
