I’ve been coming here a few weeks now. Great place from the moment you walk in. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Calm atmosphere. Rita is awesome for massage, she always asks where I want her to focus and uses a variety of techniques. It’s clear she’s very experienced and educated, also very passionate about her work. She is really helping me to relax and recover from stress, which has translated into tension in my body.

I just had a massage with Leslie at Kaizen Massage Therapy and it was the best, most relaxing massage of my life. He has an incredible way of finding every spot of tension and working it out while keeping everything calm and soothing. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. If you want someone who really knows what they’re doing and makes you feel cared for from start to finish, Leslie is the one. I often avoid male massage therapists as it can be uncomfortable as a female. However, Leslie was respectful and professional and I never thought twice about it the entire session. I highly recommend him and I will definitely be back!
