We were traveling the Great Lakes on our boat and weathered in Grand Haven. I was desperate for a haircut and color since I missed my last appointment at home so I took a chance to get it done elsewhere. The good news is I was able to get an appointment, the bad news it was a disaster. When I made the appointment I mentioned if the stylist knew how to cut curly hair so the owner, Levi cut my hair. He did a dry cut and cut way more than I wanted, but I guess it was due to it needing to be “styled”. Lily, the new stylist was very sweet and discussed my color. Well, the result wasn’t even close to my existing color making my roots way too light so I had to get (and pay for) another service to tone it down and even it out 😱. I was also scheduled for a pedicure and my mistake not to have inquired the price upfront. Kelly was also very nice but the pedicure was average- regular polish and no “spa” treatment. I was shocked when I went to pay and the charge was $60!! I paid the $250 bill (including tip) without complaint since I had already spent 4 1/2 hours in the salon and needed to get back to my husband! Oh, this did not even include blowing out my hair as I left with it soaking wet. My experience was not great but may be better for others as the salon is in a cool spot!

I saw Greta to get my hair done and I cannot recommend her and the salon enough. It was my first time there and everyone was so helpful and kind. Greta gave me the hair that I’ve always wanted, but never felt like I got from other stylists. 10/10 recommend!

If you have an opportunity to come here do so. The staff is well knowledgeable. Especially Sydney! They styling was to perception and she is easy to chat with. Plus she talked about her doing fiscal and I might just schedule one soon. So If you want a bump to your look and to enhance it come see her.

Amazing service for our bridal party. We had hair, makeup, and lashes done for multiple people and everyone looked great. The owner did my hair based on an inspiration picture and had it looking better than it ever has! The prices are very reasonable too, especially given the quality of the services.
