So when I decided to sell it I had no doubt that I was going to use Kevin. I was more concerned about if I still had his contact info. Again he made it so easy. He met with me at my condo, gave me honest feedback, and then was quick to get it photographed and videoed and up on the website. The virtual tour was done so well if I wasn't the seller I would have wanted to go for a tour. My condo was up for sale on a Friday and by Sunday it was conditionally sold. He was in communication with me the whole time through the negotiating and when I had a question he gave me his honest opinion. It didn't end there either. He recommended the lawyer, moving company and cleaner that I hired and man were they absolutely amazing too! He handled absolutely everything from beginning to end. I will be holding onto his info for years to come!

Rebecca Garrett was quick to get me into viewings and to act on offers. She was also loyal to our needs. We are out of province so she made sure she saw what we described we needed. I realised that commission wasn't her priority as she could of sold me the first house I saw which was for more money. However she told me to sleep on it and we'll look at other places if needed. The following day we found a new build and we completely fell in love with it. Not only was it below our price range, but it was brand new!!!
