Sherri did a wonderful job in handling the water issue that we had with one of my rental properties. She got right on determining the true extent of the problem and was quick to get back with me with information and that in this case the problem was already resolved. Outstanding work by her and Red Rock.

Extremely friendly staff over the years I've rented through Red Rock and have had almost always a good experience working with everyone there. I am mainly leaving this review to provide feedback about a very strange and poor policy they have in place. After some life changing events, we were looking to extend our lease a few months in advance to give us more time to plan, because if the price increases in our current place, we will most likely move out of state so the extra time to plan that move would be very helpful. The Red Rock policy is that to move out a 30 day notice is required, but they will not provide a new offer until some point within 30-60 days of the lease expiring!? In other words, I have to sit here not knowing if my rent will stay the same or have a major increase until AT BEST 60 days before my lease ends, but if i want to decline it i have to do it with a 30 day notice. So in the absolute best case, they would give me the new offer as soon as 60 days before the lease ends, and I would have 30 days to make a decision, and then would move out 30 days later. Worst case is i don't get my offer until 30 days remaining, and i have to decide same day if i can pay the rent increase and if not then i would have 30 days to find a place and make moving arrangements. I'm a little shocked by this to be honest. I understand that by default that is the timeframe they would go with, but you would think by request they would be willing to at least reach out to the owner to see if they are willing to make an early offer. Overall staff has always been great but it Red Rock seems poorly managed, or at least has some very odd policies in place as this is not the first time I've had an issue with a policy that was not well thought out before implemented. Overall this wouldn't stop me from renting through Red Rock, and most of the experience with them has been good (outside of a pretty extreme deduction list on a previous security deposit, but they did refund part of it after some back and forth meetings which was appreciated). However if you have any uncertainties on where you will be at the end of a lease, i would be hesitant to sign with Red Rock.

I am extremely impressed with Red Rock. They took over the management of the building in which I own a flat just over a year ago and it's made a huge difference. WIth a tenant, a separate company managing the tenancy, and me as an overseas landlord in a vastly different timezone, Red Rock always seem to navigate the many moving parts. Stacy Head in particular is a stand-out contributor. Keep up the great work!

Sherry did a great job by helping me out on getting everything done and fixed in a time manner. Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate it.
