Room was as advertised. Though it did have a smell. Service was excellent! Front desk very welcoming and helpful. The house keeping service employee Liz was beyond helpful. My 2 year was sick through the night in his crib. She came gathered all the soiled blankets and pillows-washed them and brought them back all clean! I cant thank her enough.

Don’t care about the local community. Not exactly a high end stay and they make you book a 2 night minimum. You also can no longer just pay to use the facilities like the pool, hot tub and basic gym. And for $175 a night they don’t even bother to fix the sauna. Pretty disappointing local business.

Possibly the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel or motel. Not the queen size bed we were promised, and probably original to the hotel which has been around for 50+ years. Bouncy, squeaky, and SMALL. Lumpy standard size pillows. I ended up sleeping on the floor because there wasn't enough room for two regular sized adults. I'm actually quite angry about this because I was lied to about what I had contracted to pay for. $150 is a lot of money to pay for a bad night's sleep. Never again.

Period of Stay: Late March to the end of May 2025 (approximately 2 months) Room Number: 3xx Number of Guests: 1 Review: The room was spacious enough for a single guest and I had a comfortable stay. Housekeeping came once or twice a week, and the room was always kept clean. Laundry facilities were available for 3 CAD per wash and 2 CAD per dry, cash only, but the front desk was happy to exchange coins. The reception staff were all very friendly and always helpful. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Suggestions: 1. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. I found it better to turn it off when sleeping. 2. The water pressure in the shower felt a little weak. Perhaps it could have been fixed if I had asked the front desk.
