I used Jime jim to purchase my house and sell my old house and he is amazing to deal with. As everyone knows selling a house can be a rollercoaster and jime was the perfect brake man. Never to high never too low always encouraging and always a text or call away. I cant remember a time where I called him and he didnt respond within 10min. As far as buying a house he uses his vast knowledge in building properties to assist in estimating the cost of things I wanted to do and so far that has also been on point. I would highly recommend him to friends and family! Oh ya after 6 weeks I was ready to pull the shoot and accept any offer he suggested I hold out just a little longer and we got asking price on our sale. I was very impressed with the way they handle their maintenance of the building. One of the contractors McGuire was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. They are quick to dealing with maintenance issues for sure. I like renting from Red Key because they helped me when I was moving in and saved me 4 days prorated rent costs. I like the way they do business. The property management is one of the best I've seen and I have lived all over the map.
