I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah and Pam (they are both amazing) on multiple occasions and have always been impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help their tenants, you don’t see this level of customer satisfaction very often. One thing that really stands out about Red Deer Property Rentals is their efficiency when it comes to addressing any issues that may arise. Whenever I have had a problem in my unit, the company has been quick to respond and resolve the issue in a timely manner. This level of attentiveness is a true testament to their commitment to providing quality service to their tenants. I highly recommend Red Deer Property Rentals for anyone in the market for a rental property.

I rented form this company for two years and my family enjoyed the rental. Pam was lovely and showed us our rental, she was very fast with the application process and the move in was simple. Apon moving out ai had the passing of a family member and chose not to do the move out clean. The ladies arranged for someone else to do it and just took the fee off my DD. I give them five stars for good communication, and we really liked the company's maitenance man. He was always prompt to fix anything that concerned us. Price of the rental was very fair to and we only received one rent increase of $25.00 when we renewed at the second year mark.

We've been renting from Red Deer Property Rentals for some time .We have always been treated with respect. The staff are friendly and professional. They do regular seasonal maintenance and include there tenants in any changes. Pam is pleasant to talk with anytime I might have an issue or concerns. I would highly recommend renting from them anytime. We love our house and we love being part of the Red Deer Property Rentals family.

We love our home in Southbrook area...5 bedroom house w/heated garage and fully finished basement. It has everything we need and the the staff at Red Deer Property Rentals has been great since the first viewing. We've had a couple minor issues (toilet fill valve, ceiling fan...just minor) but Sarah has been totally on top of responding quickly and dispatching contractors. Would highly recommend seeking out one of their properties if you're looking for a place.
