There simply aren't enough wonderful things to say about Peter and his team at Red Cedar. We were living across the country, had minimal understanding of the home buying process, and felt overwhelmed by horror stories about the current market. Peter and his team were amazing!!! My wife and I were looking to move to Columbia, and we really wanted to take our time and get our move right. Peter helped us over about a year -- he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and thoughtful in all of our interactions. I particularly valued his home maintenance / construction perspective when doing house tours together. Also, his negotiating strategy was quite helpful -- he talked me through all our options, and his suggested approach both worked and saved us significant money. There was never any pressure or stress working with Peter -- in fact, he was often a source of calm and guidance during some of the more stressful parts of the process.
