He was professional and understood that it was a challenging emotional time. He listed the house promptly and was staged beautifully by his team. As I was from out of town he provided extra reassurances and was always prompt to contact me if needed. It was incredibly easy to work with Joseph. Based on his knowledge of estate sales the house was not required to pass through probate prior to the sale, which meant we could list the property without prolonged delays associated with the probate process. We contacted the Rod Frank team a many years ago about our property value but at that time didn't proceed with the anticipated move. Our impression of their brokerage was lasting so when it came time to list we knew we would rely on their expertise. Samantha Frank provided a vast amount of knowledge of the market and was amazing to work with. The attention to detail from appraisal to sold status was top notch. Her knowledge of not only our property but comps within the area helped us trust her recommendations and understand her reasoning. The original meeting estimates of potential viewings, offers and value of the property were bang on. This made the entire process less stressful because we knew what to expect. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the Rod Frank team. Samantha was the star of the show with her upbeat approach to every interaction, quick response time and ability to pivot when opportunities arose.

An agent from this team named Fahd Chaudry rented us a unit with an active sewage leak and no hot water, problems which he was fully aware of. He was told by the upstairs tenant about the multiple problems with it and assured them it would not be rented until it was fixed. He then proceeded to put the unit on the market without having the sewage leak fixed. By the time we went to move in the smell of rotting human feces in the basement was unbearable. This realtor rented us a unit that also had no hot water for several weeks, no heat, and the furnace leaked carbon monoxide. The building should have been inspected fully and probably condemned but instead Fahd had us sign a lease and took our money. The only good thing this agency did was give us our money back, however they forced us to give up all our rights to take the landlord to court in order to do so. Would not recommend this Remax if Fahd is still working there.
