I regret moving into a property managed by Real Property Management Solutions (RPM). This company is not full service; it's a minimal-service shell that allows negligent owners to collect rent while hiding from their responsibilities and investment upkeep. Tenants, be warned: Your experience depends entirely on the owner. RPM seems to do little more than collect rent and pass along messages. They have a clear lack of vetting for the owners they take on, and if the owner doesn't care, you will suffer. Our Consequences of Owner Neglect: * Severe Health Crisis: My family has suffered severe and worsening medical conditions due to mold in the home—a condition the owner has known about for years but refused to fix. The owner even tried to bill us for medical requests for repairs. * Move-In Deception: The home was not as advertised. Cabinets were ripped out and replaced with raw, unfinished wood glued in place. The odor was so bad we immediately needed an ozone machine. * Security Risk: RPM takes no responsibility for vetting the "maintenance contractors" the owner uses, allowing unvetted people 24/7 access to your home. This is an extreme security concern, especially for a foster family. Why does an owner need RPM to hide behind? Because they refuse to properly maintain their property. They cut every corner, and RPM allows them to do it. You will never see an RPM representative unless you drive all the way to their Tigard office. If you value your family’s health, safety, and peace of mind, find a truly professional management company that vets its owners. Avoid RPM Solutions.
