Marwan was extremely responsive and handled issues both minor like snow shoveling and major like a flooded basement all with little stress on my end. Their rates were reasonable and by far the best choice I ever made with my rental. Additionally, their team was able to sell my house at an impressive return for me and took care of the listing, any permit/City requirements, and made the property ready for closing. I highly recommend them!
