Dominique WillinghamUpdated review: I was definitely upset when I first received my sons photos but I got a call back with someone letting me know they can give me a refund or retake the picture a month ago. We re-took the pictures and just picked them up this Saturday due to the summer break. I'm very happy to see my baby smiling and that they fixed this for us. I'm glad I got a reply from the company recently so I can edit this review as well to show they will retake or give a refund if your not satisfied. Just got my Pre-k photos for my son and even though my husband was there and they got pictures of him smiling, they gave me a bunch of sad pictures of him. They also did a class picture and my son isn't even in it. What a waste of money and already wanting a refund. Just terrible if they thought this was the memories I wanted to keep of my child.
ee tI just received my child's graduation pictures. I'm not pleased with them ! The background is too dark (this was the only choice). In all my years of taking pictures and now having children taking pictures, this company has been the worst. There was no choice on how to brighten the pictures. No choice to take other pictures than just the cap & gown. Also the class picture was not included! (My class pictures were ALWAYS included) I found out the cap was fake! The access code on the envelope doesn't work. This was a waste of my money.
